Terms of Service

This website is operated by Gravity Prints. By visiting gravityprints.com.au or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our products

We supply custom DTF (direct-to-film) transfers, gang sheets, printed garments, corporate gift boxes and related services. Custom products are made to order from artwork you supply and are produced at our Sydney studio.

2. Your artwork & intellectual property

By uploading artwork you confirm that you own the rights to it, or hold a licence to reproduce it, and that printing it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property. You retain ownership of your artwork; you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to produce your order. We may decline jobs that appear to infringe trademarks or copyrights, or that contain unlawful or hateful content.

3. Artwork specifications

We print files as supplied. Please follow our File Setup & Artwork Guide (300 DPI, transparent PNG recommended). We are not responsible for poor results from low-resolution files, incorrect colour modes or transparency issues, though we'll flag obvious problems before printing where possible.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Trade pricing and VIP credit packs are subject to trade account approval; store credit from credit packs is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

5. Production & shipping

Orders with print-ready artwork placed before 2pm Sydney time (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day. Delivery timeframes are estimates — see our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier or pickup.

6. Returns & quality guarantee

Custom-printed items can't be returned for change of mind. Print defects, damage or our errors are covered by our Refund Policy — we'll reprint or refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Trade accounts

Trade account applications require a valid ABN. We may approve, decline or revoke trade accounts at our discretion. Trade pricing is confidential to the account holder.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use this site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or upload malicious files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to reprinting the order or refunding the amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
