Dispatch & turnaround

Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri with print-ready artwork are printed in Sydney and dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or needing artwork fixes are dispatched the next business day. You'll get tracking when your order ships.

Our quality guarantee

We stand behind every print. If a transfer arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll reprint or refund — no fuss.

Returns

Because every order is custom and made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once printing has started. Please double-check your artwork, sizes and quantities before ordering.

Artwork responsibility

Transfers reproduce the file you supply. For best results, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI. We'll flag obvious issues where we can, but we can't guarantee the result of low-resolution files.
