FAQ

What is DTF?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a heat-transfer printing method. We print your design onto a special film, you press it onto your garment with a heat press. DTF gives vivid, full-colour prints with a soft feel, and works on cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas and more.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimums. Order a single transfer or thousands — whatever you need.

What file should I send?

Upload a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI. Keep fine lines and text at least 1 mm thick. You don't need to mirror your artwork — we handle that.

How fast is turnaround?

Orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri with print-ready artwork are dispatched same day from Sydney; later orders go the next business day. Delivery time on top depends on your location and the postage option chosen.

How is my order shipped?

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Free shipping on orders over $150. Local pickup is available from our Denistone East studio in Sydney.

Can you print white, gradients and photos?

Yes. DTF prints full colour including white, gradients and photographic images, provided your file is high resolution.

What can I press onto?

T-shirts, hoodies, activewear, tote bags, caps, aprons and most fabrics — cotton, polyester and blends.

Do you sell garments too?

Yes. Unlike transfer-only suppliers, we also stock quality AS Colour blanks and can supply finished, printed garments — a true one-stop shop.

Do you offer trade / wholesale pricing?

Yes. Apply for a trade account for wholesale pricing built for print shops, decorators and high-volume buyers.
