<h2>Shipping</h2><h3>Production & dispatch</h3><p>Orders with print-ready artwork placed before 2pm (Sydney time) Monday–Friday are printed and dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm, or with artwork issues, dispatch the next business day. Printed garments and gift boxes may take 1–2 extra days in production.</p><h3>Delivery</h3><ul><li>We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney studio (Denistone East NSW 2112).</li><li><strong>Free standard shipping on orders over $150.</strong></li><li>Standard shipping: 2–6 business days depending on location. Express options are available at checkout.</li><li>Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.</li></ul><h3>Local pickup</h3><p>Free pickup is available from 2/1 Haig Avenue, Denistone East NSW 2112 — Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Sat 9am–1pm. We'll email you when your order is ready.</p><h3>Delays & lost parcels</h3><p>Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are estimates. If your order is late or appears lost, contact us at info@0gravity.com.au or 0475 670 880 and we'll chase it with the carrier or arrange a replacement.</p>
