Returns & Refunds
Every DTF transfer, gang sheet and printed garment from Gravity Prints is custom made to order from artwork you supply, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns on custom-printed items.
Our print guarantee
If your order arrives with a print defect, is damaged, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@0gravity.com.au with your order number and photos. We'll reprint it or refund you in full — your choice.
What's covered
- Print defects such as banding, missing colours or adhesion failure (when applied per our Care & Application guide)
- Wrong size or wrong artwork printed (our error)
- Orders damaged in transit
What's not covered
- Low-resolution or incorrect artwork supplied by the customer
- Transfers applied with incorrect heat-press settings
- Change of mind on custom-printed products
Blank (unprinted) garments
Unprinted blanks may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's cost; refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
